Registering at 15thWardSTL.org is free and open to anyone, regardless of whether you live in the 15th Ward or not. Registration allows you to comment as a "Verified" person, get periodic e-mail notifications when the site is updated or when someone posts a new comment, and will allow you to post your own content when this feature is implemented (I'm working on it). Additional registered user benefits will be announced when all the kinks are worked out.
